Frequently asked questions

What is the AI Controller?

The AI Controller is a technical review of the systems your team builds with AI and of the data platforms your business runs on. It checks code, databases, servers, data flows, users and licenses, and it repeats every three months.

Why review code written by AI before production?

AI writes working code quickly, but it does not know your security rules, your data volume or your infrastructure. Exposed keys, missing indexes and errors that fail silently are cheaper to close before users find them.

Is this an audit?

No. It is a technical review and control of your systems, not a legal, financial or compliance audit. We check how the systems work and tell you how to fix what does not.

Why every three months?

Because the systems keep changing: new code ships, new pipelines and workflows appear, and people join and leave. A quarterly control catches broken flows and unused licenses before they add months of wrong data or wasted cost.

What is a silent broken data flow?

A silent broken data flow is a pipeline, workflow or refresh that stops working without raising an alert, so dashboards keep showing numbers that are old or wrong. Decisions are then made on data nobody knows is broken.

How do unused licenses cost money?

People who stopped using Salesforce, Power BI, Fabric or Databricks, or who left the company, often keep a paid license. The controller lists them every quarter so you can remove or reassign them.

Do you review systems built by junior developers?

Yes, and that is where the review helps most. AI lets less experienced developers ship larger systems, and the gaps grow with the system. The review turns them into a plan the team can follow.

Which countries and languages do you work in?

We work with companies in the United States, Europe and Latin America, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
