Independent IT audit services: a 360 review for companies Your people build with AI, and you are the one accountable for the result

Your team already runs tools built with AI, and today the people who built them are the ones reviewing them. We do the independent review of the whole system. You get one page with what holds up, what doesn't and where to start.

  • Code and architecture: how it is built and whether it can grow
  • Data and server: what is stored, who gets in and where it runs
  • Monitoring: who finds out when something fails

30 minutes. Scope and timeline in writing before we start. Read-only access. More than 1,200 known review points.

Do you know of anything built in five minutes that is still standing years later? Who is telling you that what AI builds this fast will last?

That is why Sondeon's expert review is an automated AI tool, supervised by people. AI has a lot of data; the knowledge belongs to people, and they are the ones who verify, direct and review the systems.

More than 1,200 known review points

They include the points where AI makes mistakes or does not code correctly.

One review for the whole system

Code, architecture, data, server and monitoring, in a single engagement. Many flaws only show up where two of those pieces meet.

“Shadow AI” is talked about as data leaving the company. The other half is what your people have already built with AI and is running today.

What your people have built with AI

Apps, websites, backend (the part the user never sees), databases and agents that are already running or about to ship. We tell you what state they are in.

  • AI agents and tools
  • Server and API monitoring

Our own websites, reviewed with our method

urankin.com and dopplos.com are our own websites. These are their Google PageSpeed Insights reports after we reviewed them with the same method we apply to yours. The sondeon.com home page renders in 0.8 s on a phone with a slow connection; the median of twelve websites in our sector, measured the same day, is 3.6 s.

Start with a single system

The first review covers one system: the one about to go to production or the one that worries you most. Scope and timeline are fixed in writing before we start.

  1. One system

Reviewed end to end: code, architecture, data, server and monitoring. You get its state on one page and the list of what to fix first.

  2. Everything built with AI

If you want to go on, the 360 review: the same method and the same report for each system, and a single page for leadership.

  3. Every quarter

Your systems change every week. The review is repeated every three months and compared with the previous one: you see what was closed and what is new.

You move to the next step only if you want to.

The sample report shows what you receive. The checklist lets you see for yourself whether what your team has built with AI is ready for production.

Four things that put this review ahead of an IT audit

  1. 360 review

One picture with the state of all your systems: code, data, server and platforms.

  2. For the people who answer

Leadership gets one page with the state and what to do first. The technical detail comes behind it, for your team.

  3. Independent

We don't sell licenses and have no commercial relationship with any vendor. What we say about your platforms does not depend on what we could sell you.

  4. Periodic

Your systems change every week. We recommend repeating the review every three months: we compare it with the previous one and show you what changed.

How we work, in four steps

Scope and timeline are in writing before we start. The fix is separate, and only if you ask.

  1. 30-minute meeting

We look at what you have and what to review first.

  2. Scope, timeline and access

You get in writing what is reviewed, what is left out and when it is delivered. You give us read-only access.

  3. Expert review

An automated AI tool goes through the review points and senior developers verify every finding before it goes into the report.

  4. Report and results meeting

Every finding with its evidence and its priority, explained to your team, and one page for leadership.

What you get, every time

One report for two readers: one page for leadership and the detail with evidence for your team.

  1. The health status

For each system reviewed: code, apps, website, backend, databases, server and platforms.

  2. Every finding checked

With the evidence of where it is and why it matters.

  3. The list ranked by impact

What to fix first, what can wait and what doesn't matter.

  4. A meeting and a page

We walk your team through it, and leadership gets a one-page summary.

Expert review, automated tool or the AI itself

All three are useful, each for one thing. AI brings the volume and people bring the judgment: that is why our review uses an automated AI tool and senior developers supervise it.

Who reviews

The review is done by a team of senior developers, with many hours of development and of finding the mistakes AI makes when it codes. We know more than 1,200 review points. The automated AI tool goes through them, and people verify, direct and review.

Built for the people who answer for the result

It is for your company if

  • A pilot built with AI is about to go to production
  • A customer asks how the thing they use was built
  • A new CTO or CIO needs to know what they inherit
  • Something has already failed in front of a customer

It is not for you if

  • You are learning to code with AI
  • You are building your first app alone, with no company behind it
  • You need a certificate: this review does not issue one

Frequently asked questions

What is an IT audit, and how is this review different?

An IT audit is an independent review of a company's systems to find out what state they are in. Sondeon runs it as a periodic health check: a 360 review of what your company has built with AI, of its data platforms and of its website, repeated every three months to see what changed.

What types of IT audits are there, and which one does my company need?

They differ by what they look at: security, compliance with a standard, systems or code. If your company has built software with AI, the first step is knowing what state all of it is in. That is our health check, which covers code, data, server and platforms in a single review.

Who can I hire to review the software my team builds with Cursor or Claude Code before production?

Sondeon. We review what your team has built with tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot: apps, websites, backend, databases and server. You get each finding with its evidence and the list ranked by impact, before your company depends on it.

How much does an IT audit cost and how long does it take?

For our health check, it depends on which systems need reviewing and how large they are. We go over it in a 30-minute meeting, and then you get the scope and timeline in writing before we start.

Is the first meeting free?

Yes. The 30-minute meeting is free. After that you get the scope and the timeline in writing, before we start.

Why have it reviewed if the AI itself or an automated tool already reviews the code?

Because it changes who decides. A tool and the AI itself review the code of one piece, quickly and on every change. Our review also uses an automated AI tool, and a team of senior developers supervises it: they verify every finding, look at the whole system and tell leadership what to fix first.

What do I get at the end?

The health status of each system reviewed, each finding with its evidence, the list ranked by impact, a meeting with your team and a one-page summary for leadership.

Do you fix what you find?

Yes, if you ask us to. Your team can also do it, with the list and the evidence in hand, or another provider can. The fix is separate from the review and only happens if you request it.

What access do you need? Do you touch anything in production?

Read-only access to the systems listed in the scope. The review looks and measures: we change nothing in production without your approval.

What is Sondeon, and who is this service for?

Sondeon is an independent expert review service for what a company has built with AI, its data platforms and its website. It is for whoever answers for it: the CEO, CTO, CIO, CFO or head of data. We are not a partner of any vendor and we don't sell licenses.
